The Star Wars universe has expanded with the hit television series The Mandalorian, streaming exclusively on Disney Plus.
This edition of Monopoly is inspired by that acclaimed series—and it’s a “spin-off” version, meaning it features brand-new gameplay rules instead of the classic Monopoly mechanics.
Properties are replaced by iconic locations, and currency takes the form of Imperial Credits.
Players begin by selecting a token representing one of the show’s key characters: The Mandalorian, Cara Dune, IG-11, or Kuiil. Each character comes with a unique special ability, activated using their corresponding character card.
A special bonus awaits players: when landing on the Child space (affectionately known as Baby Yoda), they collect the Child token—which grants an additional, powerful ability on top of their own.
Finally, players face off against Imperial enemies—including the Incinerator Stormtrooper, the Death Trooper, and Moff Gideon. These foes add unpredictability and trigger exciting combat encounters. Warning: if an enemy captures the Child, the game ends immediately.
