Each player begins with identical decks of cards numbered one to five, alongside a central market known as The Saloon, where cards are available for purchase. Players take turns acquiring cards and launching attacks by placing runs (sequential numbers) or sets (identical numbers) face down. The outcome is determined by comparing these plays, with defenders receiving Hit cards if they lose. The game concludes when a player has no Hit cards left. Throughout the game, players can play cards for their abilities, but doing so permanently removes those cards from their decks.
